In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Conference attendees, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to the start of the event will be required for entry.
For proof of vaccination or negative test, we will be using the private cloud-based solution ShareMyHealth. You will be receiving an email with specific instructions from ShareMyHealth on how to upload your vaccine information. Here is a brief overview of how the process will work:
The Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Conference, along with our venue and service partners, have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols at the event. Those efforts include thorough and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and high traffic areas. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Other safeguards include the use of facial coverings and social distancing practices.
