As higher education institutions face challenges in finding ways to upgrade existing facilities and deliver major new expansions, many are looking at P3s and alternative delivery models as an opportunity to facilitate growth.
Learn how schools are overcoming resource constraints to upgrade facilities and deliver critical on and off campus developments. This year’s program focuses on how advancements in procurement, design, financing, and O&M can be applied to your campus and next project. We will also feature opportunities to incorporate new education technologies and refresh programs into P3 projects to enhance learning experiences.
Join more than 600 higher education and industry leaders for two days on the latest modes of project delivery.
We examine campus infrastructure challenges faced by schools nationwide; and how new approaches to procurement, risk, planning, and asset management are helping campus planners deliver critical projects.
The program explores alternative delivery methods, how to plan successful P3 initiatives, best practices in selecting partners, and steps to take to ensure your projects are delivered on time and budget.
This year we feature active and upcoming P3s at colleges and universities; as well at community colleges, research facilities, specialty, and technical schools.
Sessions designed for those who are new to alternative project delivery. Learn on how different procurement models may work for your campus, and what major considerations must be made when evaluating different project routes.
Hear how schools have successfully brought their housing, classroom, research facility, utility, and other key on and off campus projects to completion. Campus leaders walk us through the history of their project and upcoming developments.
Alternative project delivery models may be a combination of design, construction, financing, O&M, and more. Over two dozen panel sessions we discuss the key issues that owners must consider when conducting a project procurement.
Interactive conversations on critical project delivery topics and project feasibility. Roundtable conversations are meant to be informal, candid exchanges where participants can ask their questions and concerns, share project details, experiences, and network.
Senior university and college leaders discuss their campus’s approach to project selection and development. Presenters will share how they assess project feasibility, risk, and financing; review partner qualifications, and develop long-range campus plans.
Over 20+ distinguished panels focused on best practices, strategies, and lessons learned. Hear experienced panelists speak to every stage of the P3 process. Presenters share guidance, recommendations, and frank talk from those who have led successful collaborations.
