Abstract Submission Deadline: September 1, 2022

The Healthcare Project Delivery Conference invites submissions from those who are engaged in designing, constructing, financing, and advising on these facilities or those considering such facilities. 

The Conference will focus on alternative delivery methods available to facility owners under increasing pressure to cope with aging infrastructure and changing market needs. 

Interested individuals are invited to submit abstracts for consideration focusing on one of these topics:

• Facility Resiliency & Sustainability
  • How to incorporate resiliency & sustainability in both new construction and renovations
  • New approaches to financing these types of projects
  • Key lessons learned from completed and/or operating projects, including energy and other asset monetizations

• Flexible Design
  • How modular construction fits into the equation
  • How flexible design supports health equity
  • Lessons learned in the post-COVID era

• Facility Project Case Studies
  • Emphasis on unique characteristics of development plan, financial structure and/or partnering
  • Examples of P3s in the healthcare industry in the US
  • Specifically addressing inflation, supply chain challenges and labor shortages

Abstracts should provide a 100-word synopsis and also include the types of envisioned panelists (hospital/agency, architect, designer, banker, etc.). This year we are putting a higher focus on panels and presentations that include hospitals to highlight their perspectives and opportunities. Single firm presentations will not be considered.
