We can’t wait to see you in Arlington, VA next month, and we are committed to doing so in a responsible and safe way. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all P3 Government Conference attendees, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to the start of the event will be required for entry.

For proof of vaccination, we will be using the private cloud-based solution ShareMyHealth. You will be receiving an email with specific instructions from ShareMyHealth on how to upload your vaccine information. 

In accordance with CDC guidelines and local mandates, masks will also be required at the P3 Government Conference while in the conference and exhibit hall. You can rest assured we’ll be smiling under ours—this is the reunion we’ve been waiting for the past two years.

The P3 Government Conference, along with our venue and service partners, have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols at the event. Those efforts include thorough and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and high traffic areas. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Other safeguards include socially distanced seating in session rooms and a variety of dining options to suit all comfort levels.
