What are the dates and times of the Summit?
Conference dates are Thursday, September 21 – Friday, September 22.

The conference will begin on Thursday at 7:00 AM PST and end at 4:00 PM PST on Friday. 

What does my registration fee include? 
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

– Thursday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.

– Friday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

I’m interested in speaking at the event. How can I get involved? 
We’re always interested in learning about your experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form. The deadline to submit an abstract is May 19, 2023. 

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation deadline is August 7, 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Sarah Zinn at szinn@accessintel.com prior to August 7, 2023.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
A block of rooms are being held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego Hotel. All attendees will receive a special rate of $289. Reservations must be made before August 30, 2023 or before the block is sold out to guarantee this rate.
